Winter arrives at the brewery, with the settling in of colder temperatures and, of course, the snow. The season is a play of contrast; the dark shadows and light snow against the deep earth tones of plants, blasted by the fall and winter winds, poking out of the snow. Maple trees, stripped of their leaves, are only left with their essential gestures. A splash of color in the sky or in a glass takes on a dramatic quality, saturating the mono-tone backgrounds.
I have also included some sights from the brewery as well, as now I’ve put the pieces of this machine to work. The aesthetics of the brewery space and equipment is something I've spent a lot of time thinking about. Trying to balance the function and elegance of the equipment, creating clean lines and simplicity where possible.
